This course is suitable for anyone with a basic level of development experience who is interested in learning more about the how to produce secure software quickly and effectively.
This one-day course teaches you all that you will need to know to get started developing secure code, by providing you with an understanding of secure development practices. Our experienced trainer will explain the application security concepts in detail, allowing you to better grasp the purpose of the secure coding and to navigate some of the pitfalls.

The training includes a half day practical workshop component – be the hacker, be the defender.
The workshop comprises:
- Using real-world hacking tools to identify software vulnerabilities
- Finding vulnerability in code
- Implementing security controls to defend the code from attacks
